Credits Grade: 10 Once again our lovely duo or heroines are trying to further the domination of the world by ACROSS. But it seems their mysterious enemy in the government has recruited some new help of its own - namely, Excel's three neighbors and one sexy (and deadly) lady ... and a few choice weapons. Pointless violence, running gags, parodies, and fan service abound in this volume making for some interesting situations and scenes. And of course, there's more Puchuus than you can shake a stick at - or a laser gun for that matter. Will Lord Ilpalazzo's plans ever suceed or will he be continually thwarted by his ignorant enemies?This second DVD of Excel Saga is just as crazy - if not crazier - as the first. The amount of humor alone that's packed into these four episodes is insane! There were parts I was laughing so hard at I had to rewind to catch the parts I missed. And wait till you hear about the "Ball Licker of Hell"! Everything from the music to girls in the background is important in some way. And Koshi Rikdo is definetly not afraid of poking fun at himself and his works. The different themes he allots for each episode are too good for words as he makes his "in-theme" camio prior to each one. The extras are great too - so many hidden things, so little time. I played around with the extras for a long time before going to the anime itself. Two words: Myncie Dogs. I must say, I love the subbed version, but Jessica Calvello has truly done an amazing job voicing Excel. Either way, subbed or dubbed, you're sure to love this hilariously weird anime.
