Wow. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better I read the next issue of Dragon Knights. Mineko Ohkami's artwork and storytelling are amazing. This is one series that I have completely fallen in love with — I can't get enough of it.

In this issue, everybody has their own individual missions. The Yokai are amassing to attack, and though Rath is awaiting the chance he gets to fight Bierrez, the twist provided by the entrance of Master Kharl to the story makes everything a bit more difficult for everyone. Rath, Thatz, and Rune grow and change in some unusual ways; could that be because of Cesia's magic? It also becomes known that Rath isn't what he seems — he's hiding something from Rune and Thatz because he cares for them.

We get to see more action from Kai-Stern (who happens to be one sexy dragon officer). And I love the developments between Rath and everyone else. Kai-Stern and Bierrez hint at what Rath's hiding, which makes all of them more intriguing because they know. Dragon Knights is truly unique in the realm of manga; if I had to chose just one series to live with, this would be it. There's absolutely nothing in it I don't like. In a word, this series is magical.
