This issue is just a battle. That's it. No real plot development from what I can tell; just battle. However, this isn't the easiest series to pick up somewhere in the middle, so perhaps the plot moves forward more than I realize. Obo-san arrives on the battlefield with a weapon that turns the tide and brings the fighting for this day to an end. The art is nothing spectacular either. Parts of it are just not detailed enough, while other parts have so much going on you can't tell exactly what is going on in the scene. The only thing that has going for it is the chaotic feeling it gives, like you are actually on the battlefiend — unable to see everything, overwhelmed with it all, and just trying to get through it. The Path isn't bad, but it isn't super either; this one really depends on your tastes (and perhaps where you begin reading).
