Shopping spree with Britanny Diggers! That's pretty much the plot of this issue. However, this issue provides a pretty good introdution to (if you're just jumping in) or a better understanding of how they relate to one another if you're a regular reader.

This issue is full of humor both situation and from dialogue. The bathing suit scene provides humor as well as both male and female eye-candy/fan-service. Britanny's practical joke on her mother is really well done, especially with the punishment that followed. Fred Perry's art is wonderful, and combined with his ability to create such characters as Britanny, Gar, Luan, Carla, and Mrs. Diggers makes Gold Digger an American manga that should be checked out. And issue #34 is a great place for new readers to jump in, and old readers will really enjoy it too.
