Credits Writer: Tony Bedard Penciler: Fabrizio Fiorentino Inker: Matt Ryan Colorist: Andrew Crossley Letterer: Troy Peteri Grade: 8 Giselle battles Ingra, and things seem matched until Giselle's spirits abandon her to learn a harsh lesson. The Sigil provides good and bad power, and Giselle is channeling the latter rather than the former. Without the spirits' help Giselle is at Ingra's mercy, but will she survive to learn her lesson?
This issue of Mystic is an excellent battle between two powerful and outrageously sexy women. As far as story goes, it provides some important information and insight to Giselle and her powers. The battle and plot work together in this issue to keep it all moving forward and keep the reader interested. The art is beautiful, but I must admit some of the poses these women get into — especially Ingra — are just too funny. Combine some of Ingra's poses with her unbelievably skimpy and unpracticle outfit and well, I'm sure you can imaging how amusing some exaggerations can be. And those heels! What woman in her right mind would ever fight in a pair of those? But overall, this was a very enjoyable read.
