Credits Grade: 10 It's the volume we've all been both waiting for an dreading. It's the volume that really takes advantage of Kazu being a woman, but it's also the last volume of Adventure Kid. Kazu and Horny have both been taken back to hell in the PC world while Midori plays dominatrix with the machine loving girl in volume 3 and Eganko is off fornicating with the high school teachers. In hell, Kazu is subjected to sexual tortures to drain him of his "love juice" till he's dry. He's rescued by the Amazons, and on the ride back, turns back into a man, and dry humps his rescuer so well they cum and he is revealed to be a man again (the enemy of Amazons). Right then, Midori (thanks to Eganko) arrives, they are separated and imprisioned (separated so the Amazon can get the real deal from Kazu before the volcano errupts). In order to set everything right and go back to life before the PC/real world sex mesh, we have to go way back ... for the other atomic bomb, but not before demons run amok on earth.Adventure Kid is delicious. Provacative, humorous, dirty, and ingenious, it took a while to develop and get it on (more than fondling and blow-jobs), but it was well worth it. Providing a fun, interesting story, well thought-out characters, and quiet a variety of sexual activities, AK is definitely a keeper. Toshio Maeda is a master; there is no disputing or denying that. His art is both beautiful and disturbing — which works quite well for hentai. We get it all in this book (well, almost all). Girl on girl, master/slave, sex toys, torture, mechanical tentacles, masturbation, sexual switches (thanks to Kazu), mixtures of creatures, demons, and humans, and of course oral both ways. There are page numbers to help you remember and find your favorite scenes, and the dialogue isn't too cheesy — remember AK actually tells a real story! There's tons of humor in every situation, and I love the two "graphic representations" of Kazu and the Amazon on the ride back to the Amazon village; let's just say they really add to the scene. If you like Toshia Maeda's works and/or hentai in general, then you'll love AK. If you're new to hentai then this is an excellent series to start with. It's got both soft and hard core moments (books 1 and 2 being more soft core while 3 and 4 are more hard core), an actual story, and good, graphic art. The translation's also well done (though the translators are not listed in the book ... not even fun, fake names). Read Adventure Kid and have some fun. *wink* Written: December 27, 2003
