Darcy runs her idea for a TV program called The Homeless Channel by the TV execs and gets approved. After their first day, they celebrate and watch it on TV.

This is one of the oddest ideas for a comic I think I've heard. It's hard to tell if Matt Silady is trying to raise awareness about the homeless like Darcy is or if he's just telling a story. This first volume is basically just setting things up, but I must say after reading volume two it's not entirely necessary and definitely not as interesting. The art is a very stark black and white, no shading, and looks like photos of people were used for outline purposes. The whole thing is just a bit off and not interesting — I think it might have intrigued me a little if the show Darcy was trying to do was something more interesting or exciting than watching a homeless man on a corner for seven hours.
