Credits Writer: Ben Dunn Cover Artist: Ben Dunn Grade: 5 And they're off! The first battle, or race, has begun between Masstrix and Armary. This is followed by Areala vs. Iron Vixen, a nonbattle between Hitomi and her sister, and a rather unfair fight between Tomorrow Girl (or is she) and Ax (who uses chains). Also included is an update on what Jimmy Sparks and Lotus Dragon are doing.
Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo from Mystery Science Theater 3000 are the announcers for the fights and all goings-on between the fighters outside the ring. I was surprised to find them in the comic, but they really add to the humor. I also enjoyed the Battlebots being hazards in the Areala vs. Vixen fight. This is a very odd grouping of characters for the ultimate battle between good and evil. Ax, however, is very intriguing and mysterious with a seemingly unstoppable power even when compared with the "spooky overseer guy". Ninja High School is an amusing read that brings together many AP favorite charaters.
