This third volume has Reborn, toddler assasin, looking to recruit more members of Tsuna's mob family and helps Tsuna when he becomes Team Captain of a school competetion.

There really isn't much to this third volume. Wacky antics, the arrival of a henchmen of Rebors and Tsuna's, Tsunas efforts to romance.

I was less impressed with this volume than I was in the prior two volumes. Reborn is not so much an assasin now, but some kind of genie who wears different costumes. The premise of Reborn training Tsuna seems to be non-existant in this volume.

I find myself less interested in the plots, characters or anything else for that matter.
