The "theme" of issue 6 is "the future" and seemed to indicate that the future of Rabid Rabbit as a anthology title was in doubt. I wasn't sure they were if they were being dead serious about the end to the series or if this was some ironic comment of some sort.

I found more to like in this issue than I had in the earlier issues of Rabid Rabbit.

One of the two top stories to me was "Speed Dating in the Future," by Paul Hoppe. I loved the robots, and it was was funny from first panel to last. The other top story was "The Future," by Reuben Negron; it was very well drawn and very poignant. I think one of the reasons I enjoyed both is that they were also the longer stories in the comic, so they were fleshed out more and could covey more.

I also enjoyed "Cinemas Now Playing Back to the Future," by Fay Ryu. It's about a group of girlfriends and the technology they use. I thought the way the creator had the characters speak was particular spot-on for the characters.

I also liked "Future in a Box," by Ben X. Trinh, for the beautiful way it was drawn, as well as for the upbeat, romantic story.

Despite the apparent end of the series, this was my favorite issue of Rabid Rabbit so far.
