In this particular issue of Oh, Comics!, the theme is air. In this anthology, there is, surprisingly, a lot of stories you can tell about air. Be it set on a plane, set in outer space, about superhero flight or even just about the nature of air itself.

The stories I enjoyed most in this collection:

"The Accidentals," by Michael Carroll, another fun story about the Really Angsty Neurotic Battlers of Weirdness (RAINBOW). I enjoyed the focus on Blow, the windy character who gets allergic to his teammates. Great use of humor, with the artwork just as funny.

"Airborne," by Canada Keck, shows the awesomeness of air: flying a plane, blowing leaves, carrying sounds and scents. It came across as almost a poetic rumination on the beauty, power and purity of air.

"A Cornelia Story," by Kel Crum, is not terribly focused on the subject of air, but I found Cornelia an appealing character and the stories are short and funny. I want to read this comic every day — and now that I've discovered it, I will.

The big drawback this graphic novel had for me is that it is all in black and white. Color would have really helped make some of the comics more enjoyable to read and would have made it pop out more.
