Credits Writer: Warren Ellis Colorist: Nathan Eyring Letterer: Clem Robins Cover Artist: Gene Ha Other Creators: Artists: Darick Robertson & Rodney Ramos Grade: 9 I have to admit — I knew Spider had something up his sleeve. But I was pretty much convinced that the card he had left to play was something we, the readers, knew about that I had forgotten. I couldn't figure out what I was forgetting about. I certainly didn't see this coming.
All I can say is "Daaaaaaaaaang"
Without really spoiling anything I can say this issue was well written and well drawn. There's a lot happening, at this point, and the creative team manages to keep it all together and flowing well. And the last page, with no dialogue, made me laugh and also gasp.
At this point it's a wee bit late in the game to pick up Transmet by the singles. But if you still haven't, it's never to late to start with the first trade. With only four issues left, I think it's pretty safe to say that this has been one of my all-time favorite comic series.
