The eleventh combined volume of Tenjo Tenge continues with all of the same concepts that have kept the story alive so far: tits-and-ass, swordplay, martial arts, and magic. Although I am not really entirely sure who the target audience was meant to be, it's an action-filled read with lots of details drawn into it that most artists seem to skip over, and a little bit of plot.

If you can get over the random bits of T&A and just laugh whenever they show up, this actually might be a fun read. If not, you'll probably be completely offended (or intrigued, who knows). There's lots of action, a bit of humor in it now and then (which makes me wonder about how much humor is missing from the original Japanese), and many, many boobs that defy gravity.

The surprising bit about Tenjo Tenge is how well the plot and characters are developed. Most books that are based on T&A have no development whatsoever. This one has more plot and character development than most manga that has come out recently.

Not a bad read, but be ready to be a little disturbed, find some surprising moments that will make you laugh out loud, and finds some moments that make you really wonder what is going on.
