The first six issues. Alex discovers he has the power to interact with computers like he is one, and he gets drawn into the very real world of superheroes, where the villains are out to get him. You can read my reviews of each of the first six issues separately. This review is of them being compiled into a TPB, which I had mentioned wanting in a few of my reviews.

The story really starts to pick up in issue #5, but the first four issues are very important for setting up the characters and plot. As such, it's very nice to be able to sit down with a TPB for one read that includes set-up as well as interesting plot development and battles. The end contains all the character pages that were extras in the individual issues. The only additional extras are a color image of Alex, a black and white pin-up of Dash (and it's definitely not the best image of her or all that sexy) and a few pages of "original sequential artwork." If you've been picking up the issues, there's no need for this as well, but if you haven't tried it out yet, this is the perfect way to get caught up and get to the action in one purchase! For me, the $19.99 price tag is a bit steep, but it is six issues in color.
