ISBN: 9781421577715 Grade: 7 Have you ever picked up the last volume of a manga thinking the whole thing would be the conclusion of the series you loved just to find out it's only the first 20 pages, which leaves you wondering why the publisher could have saved you the $10 and just included in the one before it, and find out that the rest is filler? This is the case with Volume 16 of Dengeki Daisy.
With that said, the filler is good content. It contains two mini Dengeki Daisy stories that were published outside of the normal Dengeki Daisy timeline, which share quite of a bit of insight into the inner relationships of Kurosaki and Teru's brother, Shoichiro. The second one is an adventure that involves Kurosaki and Teru and a very small human being.
What's the conclusion to Dengeki Daisy like? It's pretty great, too, just a bit short, but a fun read.
Kyousuki Motomi has quite a presence in this volume, too. She sounds pretty fun and since this story was published in 2007 and there is a lag in-between purchasing rights, translation, and publishing, hopefully there are more, in addition to the ones that are already out, to come!
